Us versus Them – Numbers Don’t Lie

It is easy to feel helpless when considering the hordes of government agents that all seem to stick together against us.

But let us actually look at the numbers, and the picture suddenly turns to be very different than how it looked without the facts. The best demonstration this author found was the following animation…

The only reason, these few can control the many is that we let them. Even if they have all the guns in the world, they really don’t have any power. The only method they do use is the same as the school bully, and we have certainly learned how to handle one of those, right?

What has to change is our state of mind, that there is anything legitimate in the action of the few. We will address that state of mind in other articles.

The Acronym FEAR

If you sit in the corner of a windowless room, more or less naked and unarmed – not even a pocket knife, and in the doorway a big tiger that seems very hungry…

…that me a good and valid reason to have fear. It might not be a smart move to have fear even in such a situation, but feeling fear under these circumstances would make some sense.

But in most other cases the often quoted acronym for fear is much more likely to be true:

f-e-a-r = False Evidence Appearing Real.
